What is the earliest I can Check-in?

Standard check-in time is 2pm, an early check in may be available. Please call your hosts to on 07 5495 2888 to confirm. Fee's may be applicable for check-in's prior to 11am.

What is the latest I can check-in?

Check-in at the office is available until 9pm, we are not a 24 hour motel the office is closed between the hours of 9pm & 7am.

We can organise a late check in for guests arriving at 8.30pm and this needs to be organised prior to the office closure of 9pm. We do not accept reservations after 8.30pm.

Do you have undercover parking?

Yes, complimentary undercover parking is provided.

Are your rooms non-smoking?

Yes, as per Qld legislation all rooms at Caboolture Motel are strictly non-smoking. Ashtrays, tables and chairs are provided outside of the room for your convenience.

Are you pet friendly?

We are NOT a pet friendly motel.

We are not permitted to accommodate pets on site. The fine for any guest found housing a pet on site is $250 and immeadiate refusal of stay will occur. If you are travelling with a pet there is a pet friendly motel located in Beerwah.

Do you have room service?

Yes, breakfast is available 7 days from 6.45am to 7.45am. Soft Drinks, Confectionery and Snacks are available for purchase from Reception during office hours.

Do you have wireless internet, does it cost?

Yes we provide WIFI to the motel, this is complimentary for our guests, (wifi is for internet browsing only, no downloads).

How close are you to the shops?

Within walking distance (5 – 7 minutes) to Caboolture park shopping centre (Coles, Kmart, Australia post). Within driving distance (2 minutes) to Market plaza (Woolworths, BWS, newsagency) Morayfield shopping centre is the main shopping centre and is within a 5 minute drive of the motel, Morayfield shopping centre hosts all of your major stores & a cinema.

How close are you to restaurants?

We are within walking distance of both the Caboolture RSL and Club Tavern; there are several restaurants and takeaway outlets walking distance and within Morayfield (Morayfield is a 5 minutes drive from the motel).

Do you have Foxtel?

Yes, in all rooms, 10 channels, inclusive of two movie channels.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 24 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.

How do I guarantee my booking?

Credit card details are required to secure the room booking. Full payment is to be made upon arrival, please have your credit card and drivers license ready to be presented upon check-in. Should you not have access to a credit card and be paying via debit card/EFTPOS a cash bond can be made to reception.

If you have not provided credit card details to secure your booking you will need to provide us with an estimated time of arrival for your reservation date, we then request that you call on the day of your booking to confirm this is still correct.

Should you not call to confirm the booking may be cancelled and made available for rebooking. Bookings with credit card details are considered secure and confirmed, should you wish to call and confirm the time of arrival it would be greatly appreciated.

Caboolture Motel is a family owned and operated motel, we operate within the Qld accommodation guidelines and legislation.
* No smoking in the rooms

* No use of open flame gas cookers in the rooms

* No pets/animals permitted in the rooms

* No antisocial behaviour or disruption of other guests stays

* No unregistered guests permitted on the property outside the office hours of 7am - 9pm

Caboolture Motel retains the 'right to refuse' any guests that do not meet the Queensland Accommodation & Legislation Guidelines
